So I thought I would stick with the marijuana theme I started in my last blog. I stumbled upon this video in which a federal marijuana user testifies for the legalization of marijuana. Yes you read that right he's a federal marijuana user. He gets his weed from the government. In fact part of mine and your US taxes pays for the growing of his marijuana. He's one of only a handful of people that still get he's medical marijuana straight from the government. Anyway just watch the video it's pretty interesting and from the looks of it the guy can use some Ritalin also. He's a bit hyper.

Just in case you have alot of extra marijuana trimmings laying around the house, here's a video that shows you how to make hashish from it. This seems like a great project that the whole family could have fun doing.

So in a post I did last week, I talked about how one of my professors said that a condom can be used to waterproof a microphone, when are recording around water. To my surprise non-lubricated can be used to waterproof a variety of things. Nayy seals use them to waterproof firing assemblies. Here's a guy who shows you how to water proof your digital camera. The same technique can be used for other electronic devices. Here are 20 more uses for condoms other than sex and for waterproofing electronic devices.

Ok, I was bored a minute ago and I decided to go over to Google and type in I Do Nothing All Day and see what came up. This site was the number one result and guess what the name of the site is actually called www.idonothingallday.com. I could go on and try to explain this site but it's probably best if you just go over and see it for your self, just make sure your co-workers/boss/girl friend isn't in viewing vicinity of the monitor.
Here is an interview with the creator of this website.
Ok here's this weeks Time Wasting Video of the Week, aptly entitled Pissed Catholic Mother. This video is hilarious really hilarious, plus you'll learn what Christmas is all about by watching it. Although I'm not sure if it's real or staged, watch it and decide for yourself.
So here's the second week of the hopefully weekly new feature for my blog, The Great Candy Exchange. Like I said in the first installement of the series, this is some crazy Canadian that has solicited candy from around the world and then does a video review of them. These reviews range from teh down right boring to out right funny. So if you haven't seen any of them yet check it out here for the first time.
So I'm going to forgo this weeks Time Wasting Video with another sort of video, that I plan on making into a weekly or bi-weekly installment on my blog. It is a Time Wasting Video but a video that is worth wasting your time watching.
This video is actually a video blog made by some Canadian who is doing a candy exchange. Let me explain it a bit better. This guy, who goes by the name of RussonaBuss is exchanging candy with people from around the world. When he receives the candy he than does a video critic of the candy. Now I know it might not seem too exciting but his videos are very funny, especially when he tries to do an accent of the person who sent him candy. His reviews can range from the positive to the down right negative, he actually almost threw up from eating some truly disgusting candy from Holland. Anyway to make a long story short, I happened to have stumbled upon his videos while wasting some time on the internet, I contacted him and asked his permission to feature his video blogs on my blog. He gave me the go ahead.
This is the first video of his candy exchange, be warned it is very long and he rambles on a bit, but I figured I should start this at the beginning. Be assured though that as he continues his videos do get shorter and funnier. So hopefully you'll be checking in from time to time to see his videos. And with out further ado I now present the Great Candy Exchange.
So it is with great pleasure that I present to you this weeks Time Wasting Video, although it might end getting me on a CIA watch list. Whether your a Democrat, Republican, Communist or an Al-Qaeda member, you will get a laugh out of this music video. If anyone has Jenna and Barbara Bush's email, feel free to let them know about the video. I think even they might enjoy it.
If for some reason it doesn't load you can also view it here
Ok, I know it's a little early in the week for a Time Wasting Video, but I just couldn't wait to post this strangely surreal video. This video features two dogs just hanging out in a park, doing what dogs do, frolicking, sliding down slides and engaging in some heavy petting.
You can also watch it here and see more of these Dogs gone wild. I think the best one is where they try to go into the Tate Modern dressed as dogs.
So once again it's that time of the week for a Time Wasting Video. This video is a stop motion video of a human skateboarder. Check it out! I wonder if they played rock, paper, scissors to determine who was going to be the skateboard or not.
Ok everyone, I have no idea who Reggie Watts is but not only does he have far out crazy hair he's also really talented. This video of him doing what he does is just out of control. I urge you to waste a little over 5 minutes of your day and watch this. In fact gather your co-workers around and all wathc it together. You might even end up watching it a few times, just to make sure you saw and heard everything right. So stop wasting time reading this post and just hit play!
So here's this weeks Time Wasting Video. This is a little animation of a dog on what looks like a hot summer day. The dog comes upon a fire hydrant...oh do I even have to say it. Actually I think the title of the video says it all: Dog Takes a Leak.
So by now everyone in the US has heard of what is being known as the Boston Panic. Two artist in conjunction with Turner Broadcasting & The Cartoon Network put up square foot lite brite signs that were hung up in various parts of the city, featured a character from Aqua Teen Hunger Force, a Cartoon Network cartoon. These lite brite boxes where mistaken for terrorists bombs. Here is a video which shows the two placing the lite bright devices, which clearly don't look like bombs around the city of Boston.
I ask you again do you think the reaction that this advertising campaign has gotten is justified or just a big waste of time? The mayor of Boston plans on suing Turner Broadcasting, is that just a waste of tax payers money? Is it a waste of tax payers money and government employees time to prosecute the two individuals respsonsible for this? Should that money be spent on possibly training their police officers on how to recognize a bomb from a lite bright? The two perpertrators of this panic, Peter Berdovsky, 27, and Sean Stevens, 28 where released from prison on $2,500 cash bond after each pleaded not guilty to placing a hoax device and disorderly conduct for a device found Wednesday at a subway station. They immediately were hounded by the media and this is the video of it. If you do anything today you should watch this video. They refuse to talk about what has happened and instead want to only talk about hairstyles from the 70's. It's genius, they end up forcing the reporters to ask them questions only pertaining to hair.
Also watch this weeks Time Wasting Video which is a response to the Boston Panic of 2007.
So this week's time wasting video is in response to the Boston Terrorist plot that actually turned out to be an advertising campaign gone wrong. The square foot lite bright signs that were hung up in various parts of the city, featured a character from Aqua Teen Hunger Force, a Cartoon Network cartoon. This was part of an unconventional ad campaign blitz for the show on Cartoon Network. You can read the full story here
Similar signs were placed in other major cities and none of those cities reacted the way Boston did. So do you think Boston overreacted or was their reaction justified?
So here's another installement of my Time Wasting Video of the Week. This guy is pretty awesome! He can actually do karate and walk on walls at the same time. He just might be the Spider-Man of the karate world
So here's another Time Wasting Video of the Week. In this one we find a person knocking on a church door. I was almost expecting the priest from the Exorcist to answer.
So for this weeks time wasting video of the week I thought I might do something Apple/Macintosh related, seeing as how I blogged about Apple's iPhone earlier today. I found this extremely amusing spoof on the current Apple comericals. Instead of the characters being a PC and a Mac they are instead a Republican and a Democrat. Enjoy and don't forget to catch up on all my previous Time Wasting Video's of the Week.
